For the registration, please fill the following form, upload your student card in pdf (if you are student) or upload your ID card, and follow the procedure that corresponds to the payment method (international bank transfer, check, paypal, bon de commande)

As usual, registration fees are kept minimal, as the aim of EA conferences is not to make any money (organisation of the conference does not go through a specialised company, organisers are not only benevolent, but pay conference fees as anyone else if they want to attend).

Therefore, we are once more very proud to announce very reasonable fees that include:

  • conference facilities,
  • proceedings,
  • three served launches,
  • coffee breaks
  • and the conference social event.

Until 30/09/2013:

  • EUR 270 for students
  • EUR 320 for other academics participants
  • EUR 370 for industrials participants
  • EUR 80 for additional banquet/social event tickets (one banquet/social event ticket is already included in the regular registration price. This 80 euros is to cover the price for the visit and banquet for accompanying persons).

Late registration fees : please add EUR 80 after 30/09/2013.

Please mention special requirements such as vegetarian dishes.

By registering to this conference, you will become a member of the French Evolution Artificielle association for two years.

    Please try to indicate your name in the bank transfer, as it is always very difficult to tell where the transfer came from on the reception side.

  • using PAYPAL is easier (but more expensive too). They take 3.4% of the transaction + 0.25€ per transaction, but you won't be charged for those extra fees. Note that even if you are not a paypal member you can use your credit card.
